Room Rates & House Rules

RATES    ( prices are per/room and based on up to double occupancy and subject to GST )

Oak, Redwood, Maple en-suite      --       $369/night*      

     *     Incl. Light Continental breakfast
     **    check-in time: 4:30PM - 11:00PM; check-out time before 11:00 AM

     ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• add $30/each - early check-in (2:30 PM) or late check-out (1:00 PM)
• add $75/room - late gate opening service (past 11:15PM); arrangement to be made at reservation
• add $40 - additional sleeping arrangement in the same en-suite
• add $95 - additional 3rd person in en-suite (Oak or Redwood only)

HOUSE RULES
We are kindly asking our guests to respect and observe the following:

• Mature guests only (>18 y/o)
• No sellf catering/food preparation by in kitchen/guest rooms (AHS/BB regulation)
• No non-registered guests/visitors
• No pets
• Night quiet time: 23:00 - 07:30 *
• No candles/sparklers/fireworks/bonfires
• Fireplace is operated by the host only (insurance policy)
• Utilize water/energy resources in observant way
• House premises/parking and riverfront are enjoyed at your own risk
