Riverside Chateau House Packages
The Chateau can be made available to host up to 40 guests for any house celebration and can sleep up to 8 guests in a Canada Select certified 5 star B&B type accomodation.

House Rules and Regulations
Mandatory and non-negotiable extra cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged should smoking occur in our strictly non-smoking en-suites/house. This charge will be automatically applied to the provided credit card following check-out.

2. no candles/sparklers/ fireworks
3. no pets
4. no self catering
5. no food/beverages in bedrooms
6. no bonfires
7. night quiet time 23:00 - 07:30
8. house and premises enjoyed at own risk
9. should any behaviour deemed disturbing/inappropriate take place the host may exercise the right to ask the participants to vacate the premises at once.
