The Chateau can be made available to host up to 45 guests and can sleep up to 8 guests in Canada Select certified 5 star B&B type accomodation. Listed prices are subject to GST

Consider this package for special events including private concerts, art exhibits, corporate events, food tasting, presentations. It includes:
- availability of the grand room/loft and property for up to 8 hrs on a given day
- supervised use of outdoor fireplace (firewood included)

- Monday to Thursday - $ 700 + accommodation charges
- Friday to Sunday - $ 950 + accommodation charges

House Rules and Regulations
Mandatory and non-negotiable extra cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged should smoking occur in our strictly non-smoking en-suites/house. This charge will be automatically applied to the provided credit card following check-out.

5. no food/beverages in bedrooms
6. no bonfires
7. night quiet time 23:00 - 07:30
8. house and premises enjoyed at own risk
9. should any behaviour deemed disturbing/inappropriate take place the host may exercise the right to ask the participants to vacate the premises at once.
