Oak en-suite $220
Redwood en-suite $199

      * prices in $ CAD, based on double occupancy/night and are subject to GST
    ** check-in time >4:30 PM., check-out time <11:00 AM.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

add $40 for both early check-in and late check-out
no late arrivals past 11:00 PM.
add $100/person for additional sleeping arrangement

wine picnic basket package for two - $80 (non-departure dates only)
evening wine & cheese package for two - $80
special occasion baskets available – priced individually

HOUSE RULES

Mandatory and non-negotiable extra cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged should any smoking occur in our strictly non-smoking en-suites/house. This charge will be automatically applied to the provided credit card following check-out.

Adult guests and accompanied youth over 16 years old are welcomed
No self catering
No smoking on premises
No candles/sparklers/fireworks/bonfires
No outside visitors
No pets
No food preparation by guests/in guest rooms (sanitary regulation)
Night quiet time: 23:00 - 07:30 (audio down/or off)
Fireplace is operated by the host only (insurance policy)
Utilize water/energy resources in observant way
Due respect to the host family and their private quarters
Equipment, house premises and surroundings including riverfront are enjoyed at your own risk
should any behaviour deemed disturbing/inappropriate take place the host may exercise the right to ask the guest to vacate the premises at once
