Reservation and Cancellation
1. Reservation
In order to book a stay with us you need to submit a filled out “ON-LINE RESERVATION REQUEST” form (scroll below) which will automatically trigger Riverside Chateau reservation system.
Note: Your reservation is not completed until we contact you within 24h for your credit card information in order to process the 50% deposit. The reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the deposit is charged.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Non-refundable 50% deposit paid by the credit card at time of reservation - deposit retained for future stay.
- Any minor changes to reservation – $10 admin fee.
3. Remaining 50% charge paid on arrival (VISA/MC/Interac or cash)
4. Check out time: before 11:00 AM
- add $25 for each additional hour post check out time
5. Check in time: after 4:30 PM
6. Any charges related to disclosed/undisclosed damages, long-distance phone calls etc are automatically charged to guest credit card
